A Bit About Me
Janelle Hernandez serves as the Billing Specialist at Coray Law Office, PC, where she is responsible for managing the firm’s billing processes with accuracy, efficiency, and a strong focus on client service. She plays an important role in supporting the firm’s financial operations, ensuring that accounts are handled with care, deadlines are met, and clients receive clear and timely billing information. Her reliability and attention to detail make her a valued member of the team.
Janelle graduated from Oak Park High School in 1995 and later pursued higher education at multiple colleges before ultimately earning her Medical Office Specialist certification from Kaplan College in 2013. Her educational path, combined with her hands-on professional experience, reflects her determination and practical approach to building a well-rounded career.
Throughout her career, Janelle has developed a broad and versatile skill set. She has worked in warehouse operations, where she gained a strong sense of organization and efficiency, and in the mortgage industry, where she held positions as a Funder and Junior Account Manager. In those roles, she was responsible for coordinating loan documentation, managing timelines, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. She also contributed her skills in a public service capacity while working with the Stanislaus County Office of Education. These varied experiences have shaped her ability to adapt quickly, manage competing priorities, and provide dependable support in a fast-paced environment.
Outside of work, Janelle enjoys staying active through bike riding, as well as traveling and visiting Disneyland. She appreciates spending time at the beach and values making memories with her family and friends. She is also a proud dog owner and enjoys time with her dog, Stormii. In her spare time, Janelle has an interest in crafts and creative projects, although she will be the first to admit that she has a habit of collecting craft supplies faster than she completes the projects.
